Invasive species are introduced to different countries by mistake and take over that place leaving damage for farms and fisheries. These invasive species have caused companies up to $120 billion a year. One solution for this problem is to eat them. Many restaurants have been serving invasive species as a "favor" for the environment. Bun Lai, the owner of one of these type of restaurants wants the world to follow his footsteps an start serving species like these because they can be a delicacy. Many of his recipes are displayed so that everyone can be convinced of ow delicious these invasive species can be.
Opinion
I think this solution is a very good and easy solution. Many people enjoy eating exotic foods and this is just for them. I personally wouldn't eat any of this, it doesn't seem like something that i would enjoy. Not only will people get food which is something everybody loves, but it will also help control the population of these invasive species that are costing companies billions of dollars a year.
